# Setup guide

If you have a CRM, you'll want to integrate it with Unify so that you can
build exclusions, track champions, and run plays on your existing contacts
and accounts.

Connect your HubSpot CRM.
Connect your website to identify visiting companies and use their activity
to plan outreach. A sequence can organize
the emails and tasks you use to follow up.

Send web application and software usage data into Unify.
You can also connect product usage data to identify and engage with users.
If you already use Posthog or Segment, all you need to do is configure Unify
as a destination.
Define the companies and people that should be excluded from outreach,
such as existing customers and competitors. Apply these exclusions to the
sequence rulesets or plays that need them.

that fits your audience's working hours.
